If you're hurting, please read this book!

I went through a very difficult break-up back in 2012. This book helped reframe my perspective allowing me to move on much more quickly.
I have a friend going through something similar and I just now went back in my book archive so that I could recommend it to him.
My life is so sweet and so complete today but in those dark days this book was like a life preserver to me!
