Excellent Biography

This is a biography of Guillermo Cabrera Infante, which has been long, long overdue. This Cuban writer who exiled himself after the Castro regime showed its true totalitarian self was one of the best, if not the best of the exiled Cuban writers. This biography relates many of the ironic turns and twists in the writer's life.
The only reservation is the curious omission in listing one of his works which was entitled Ella Cantaba Boleros.
