I'll say it again....Lovin this series!!!

A Pack Family is the third book in the Fated Mate series. This book while I didn't like how long it took Tara to come around with her feelings for Decker it was still great. I wanted to smack Tara but I could still understand her feelings and her doubts. Loved how the characters from the first two books were there and well Katie and Connor are still too funny. Lovin this series very much. Next on my to do list Mate Magic book four.

Did not like the leading lady...at all!

The writing was not too bad. But dang I did not like the heroine. Tara was supremely immature and just all around annoying. Brett was a great guy and truthfully didn't deserve Tara. In the beginning of the book, she was alone, scared, and had just given birth to twins, and the alpha was chewing her out. At that point I was kinda po'd at the alpha because of the reasons I stated and felt like she didn't get a fair shake as no one was taking these things into account. But she just kept on being an idiot, and I lost all liking for her. After the confrontation between Katie and Tara, I just skimmed to the end because I had truly lost all interest in the book as the heroine had ruined it for me.

Decent Premise - Poor Execution

The premise of this story is decent, but the execution by this author is very poor. As has been stated in other reviews, it is very obvious that this book has not been through even the most basic of edits. The writing style is also choppy and amateurish. The book/series had promise, and I liked the characters, which is the only reason that I stayed with it - up to book 3. Not sure if I will read the last 2, which is very unusual for me, since I tend to finish a series once started. Back to the drawing board, Ms. Duane - put this thorough a significant rewrite and edits - and make it live up to it's potential....
